Paper cores for these industries must have high mechanical and dimensional characteristics. Quality parameters such as crush strength, E-Module, dynamic torque, inside and outside diameter tolerances, length accuracy, smooth surface, etc. will be determining.

Convolute winder for large and heavy cores

For the metal foil industry, heavy cores of large sizes are required. Our convolute winder type RC 65-16 has been specially designed to produce these large cores of diameter 250 to 650 mm.

Collapsible tubes (internal foil reel protection) can also be produced on this machine.

The RCC 36-16 is an alternative version producing square fibre drums.
