Composite can machine, paper can machine and production line |
|
PAKEA manufactures complete composite can machines and lines and packaging systems to meet variety of needs, markets and production capacities, for primary or secondary packagings, and mainly includes:
Our systems are precision machines designed for high speed, reliable manufacturing that is highly repeatable with low maintenance costs. A low scrap rate and quick size changeovers contribute to economical and flexible production. PAKEA‘s program also includes complete lines to produce:
The round spiral wound composite can has traditionally provided economical and effective protection for a variety of food, chemical and industrial products. PAKEA offers state of the art technology and
equipment to produce round composite cans with glued or
heat-sealed liners, spiral or convolute labels in either
automatic or semi-automatic designs.
Packaging provides product distinction in the market place. Non-round linear formed composite cans offer product uniqueness and differentiation, plus cubic efficiency to optimize storage and transportation. PAKEA has designed the patented SIRPAK linear tube
forming system to provide the advantages associated with
the non-round shape, but also to achieve increased
package rigidity, great hermeticity for better product
protection, bigger "facing" for marketing purposes, high
quality graphics, alternatives to round composite
cans,...
The conveying systems are linking the "composite can
body" makers to the downstream machines to guarantee the
automatic can feeding and accumulation and the
production flow regulation.
The PRISMAPAK is an exclusive Form, Fill and Seal
process developed by PAKEA to produce generic
packagings, designed for numerous applications. It
enables the users to produce themselves rigid,
reclosable and hermetic containers at the filling plant.
Numerous closing systems with paper bottoms, recessed or pealable aluminium membranes, metal or plastic ends,….can be fitted on composite cans by seaming, gluing, pressure inserting, heat-sealing, .... PAKEA. can offer pre- or post- filled closing systems. With the current concerns regarding recycling, we aim to impose a full-cardboard package. The paper bottom inserted and glued or heat-sealed is a very effective, efficient, economical and ecological solution. The choice of the type of closure mainly depends on the product to be packed, as well as the ease of use features, the opening and re-opening ability, the required barrier properties, the requested functionalities (dosing, pouring,..), the budget, the environmental aspects, .... Several closing options are available or to be developed.
Convolute labellers/recutters to apply offset-printed
labels on paper tubes and to recut them into individual
composite cans are also produced by PAKEA.
